Capacity :

• Cold store: 10,000 m2 including 12 cold stores with capacity ~50 containers/CS
• Bonded depot: 74,000 m2
• Container Maintenance and repair area: 5,000 m2

 Facilities :

• Transformer station system with a total capacity of 11,000 kVA, ensuring power supply for 900 containers simultaneously
• Full security system with lights, CCTV, and firefighting equipment are installed around the warehouse area to ensure absolute security and safety
• Kalmar Reachstacker 45 tons x 02 vehicles
• Forklift 3 tons x 02 vehicles
• Electric forklift 1,8 ~ 2,0 tons x 08 vehicles
• Tractor-trailer x 10 vehicles

Auxiliary services :

• Testing services: All containers are checked and carried out PTI process by professional refrigeration engineers.
• Container maintenance & repair services: Inspection and repair procedures are carried out according to IICL and ISO quality standards.
• Container cleaning services:  Drainage system is installed around the storage area. Wastewater is treated in Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park before dumping into the sea.
